With over two decades of experience, her firm is dedicated to empowering small businesses and non-profit organizations to stand tall among giants in the business world. Ralph Paroli | Technical Director | rparoli@roofcoatings.org

Dr. Ralph M. Paroli is a Director at Parnassa-BEST and an NRC-Alum with the National Research Council – Metrology. He has served as NRC-Metrology DG (acting), Director of R&D, and Director for Building Envelope Engineering and Materials. His work has spanned metrology, concrete durability, wall and window systems, and roofing materials. He also directed Urban Infrastructure research, focusing on sustainable infrastructure and municipal asset management. Dr. Paroli has over 100 publications, including refereed journals, conference presentations, and a co-authored book on thermal analysis in construction.

He is also a member of the ASTM International Advisory Board for Personal Protective Equipment, ASTM D08 on Roofing and Waterproofing, ASTM D11 on Rubber and Rubber-like Materials, ASTM D13 on Textiles, ASTM D37 on Cannabis, ASTM E54 on Homeland Security Applications and ASTM E60 on Sustainability.

Rock Miller has a diverse professional background specializing in marketing, account management, investor/member relations, and customer service. His experience as an Account Executive honed his project management skills to consistently set and surpass client expectations delivering results in a timely manner. In more recent roles Rock handled a majority of marketing operations including lead generation, social media, web development, and software implementation to increase outreach and engagement for current and prospective clients. With a keen eye for customer service, Rock has optimized internal customer service practices to increase efficiencies internally, and give clients an overall better experience.
